Q: What kind of business does your company do?

A: We are the professional and famous factory in China for carbon steel series, such as sheets, coils, strips, pipes, bars, steel profiles, etc.

Q: What is your payment terms?

A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance.

Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance based on BL copy or LC at sight.

Q: What about your price?

A: Our price is very competitive because we are a factory.

Q: How long is the delivery time?

A: Different products have different delivery time.

Products will be delivered as soon as possible based on quality assurance. Usually the delivery time is 7-15 days after receiving your advance payment.

Q: Will you accept customized products and OEM?

A: Yes, we can make the production according to your drawings and with your logo, also because we have a very strong design and development team, so the response is very good for customized products.

Q: What is your payment terms?

A: Normally two payment terms for new customers

1) 30%T/T in advance, 70% balance against B/L copy.

2) 100% irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.

If you need other terms, please feel free to contact us, we will try our best.

Q: How about the samples? Are they free of extra charges?

A: Yes, we would like to supply the samples before order, if the samples are in stock, they will be free.

If the samples are newly produced, we will charge a reasonable fee, but this amount will be deducted from the invoice of the first order.

Q: How to control and ensure the quality of your shipment?

A:1) All of our factories are ISO9001 certified;

2) Source world famous mills like TISCO, Baosteel;

3) Factory inspection by our own laboratory;

4) Third party inspection by SGS/BV before delivery.
